How to Initiate a Return

To begin the returns process, please email:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for original artworks only.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned artworks must be:

• In good condition

• In the full original packaging

• Securely packed to avoid damage in transit

Refunds & Replacements

Once your returned artwork is received and inspected:

• A refund or replacement will be issued as required

• Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the artwork arrives faulty or damaged.

Damaged Goods

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit:

• Please contact us immediately at p.uppal30@icloud.com

• A replacement or refund will be arranged straight away

• Please include photos of the damage and packaging to assist with the claim
